We just had the most wonderful lunch at Legacy Pointe Eatery. Kierra was a friendly and attentive server. We got the pickle Ricks for an appetizer — the cornmeal breading was so good. I had the Southwest salad…the cilantro ranch dressing was to die for. My husband had the salmon po boy which was unique and delicious. Everything was so fresh and well done. HIGHLY recommend!!
Stopped by Legacy Pointe driving back to Missouri for the holidays and were so happy we did!
I have been a vegetarian in the Midwest for over 5 years, so I am used to getting a garden salad or mac n' cheese in places like this. At Legacy Pointe, however, I was blown away by how many vegetarian options there were, or what sort of substitutions could be made in order to make a dish vegetarian. For one of the first times ever in the Midwest, I actually had to DECIDE what I wanted (I picked the vegetarian chili, but it was tough call between that and a portobello cap burger).
Food was delicious and we were treated like royalty. Super friendly staff and leadership. Highly recommend brussels (pictured) as an app.

Fried grouper sandwich was great. The Dill in the tartar sauce was a hit. Spartichoke dip was delicious!

We arrived at 5 sharp on Friday night so we had to wait a few minutes for the staff to prep. We started with onion rings, sorry I didn’t get a picture. There was a bowl full and plenty for two. My wife and I love onion rings however, these were battered and they were a little heavy. We order the Hot Chicken sandwich and Braised Short Ribs. This chicken sandwich was on point. Very crispy, nice heat, good thickness. Pickles were great and really was a nice sandwich. I never thought I would order short ribs, but they came highly recommended. Extremely tender, flavorful, and the two sides that came with it were incredible. One was a kimchi slaw and the other a four grain salad. I highly recommend both dishes. Very happy to see this location back open. Good luck.
I had the salmon po boy with sweet potato tots and it was delicious. We ate inside but look forward to eating outside next time. Nice selection of drinks, from local breweries, mixed drinks and wine.
Great time and great food! My sister-in-law was in town and we got some rare girl time and enjoyed excellent meals. Cocktails were on point, the artichoke dip was delicious. The grouper was phenomenal, And the hot honey & jalepeno bacon paired great with the goat cheese on the burger. The server was helpful and provided great service. So many options- Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Celiac, Gluten Free or meat lovers- they got you covered with more than 1 option. Can’t say enough good things. Great job Legacy Point Eatery!!!! Looking forward to next time.

The atmosphere is calm and cool, the people are awesome and the staff is the best, helpful, happy, fun, knowledgeable and love what they do. It’s by far the best place I’ve eaten at in the Springfield area. The burger was fantastic, homemade chips 10/10, the drinks were unbelievably great. You won’t believe how good this place is.

My husband and I decided to try here tonight and overall I say it was really good. The food was delicious! I had the southwest salad with chicken and my husband had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Both were phenomenal! The salad is by far one of my favorites I have had. I'm not usually a sweet potato fan but the tots are really good! Fried pickles were ehh but everything else was to die for. 😊We had one little issue that could happen anywhere honestly. The owner, Dustin, was quick to fix the problem and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend trying this spot out! 👌
